Taft Early Learning Center

Dear Taft Families,

During the school year, pictures and video are sometimes taken at school to showcase student achievement or promote school events.  Photos may be used on Parent Square updates, the District Website, official Uxbridge School Department social media pages or newspaper/magazine articles.  

If you do not want photos or videos of your student used for promotional purposes as described above, please fill out this form.  If you are the parent/guardian of more than one Taft student, and do not want your children photographed for promotional purposes, please fill out the form below separately for for each student. 

If you are okay with photos at school, you should not fill out the form below.
